To do so in a descriptive survey, the models provided by Robbins and Hunsaker and by Allen and Meyer were subroutine to measure interpersonal chat skills and organisational commitment respectively. The used marionette was questionnaire. The statistical community include public organizations in Qom metropolis among which two organizations were selected randomly. Sampling was likewise conducted randomly in twain organizations. Finally, 106 individuals responded to questionnaire items.
